#1 Use Social Networking to Promote your Business

Social networking sites can be a great business tool.  They make it easier for potential customers to find your business, they can help you to establish relationships with your customers, they can help you to reach your desired demographic and they can connect you with other key people in your industry.

You may want to create a business profile on these sites if you haven’t already:

  • LinkedIn – Find and be found by other professionals.
  • Twitter – Inform followers of sales, promotions, etc.
  • Facebook – Create a fan page for your business; post links and info on walls of relevant groups.
  • MySpace – Post business background, history, bios and photos.
